The Three I’s of a Police State Education: Indoctrination, Intimidation & Intolerance

BY PGF

At the Rutherford Institute:

Roped into the government’s profit-driven campaign to keep the nation “safe” from drugs, disease, and weapons, the schools have transformed themselves into quasi-prisons, complete with surveillance cameras, metal detectors, police patrols, zero tolerance policies, lock downs, drug sniffing dogs, strip searches and active shooter drills.

Young people in America are now first in line to be searched, surveilled, spied on, threatened, tied up, locked down, treated like criminals for non-criminal behavior, tasered and in some cases shot.

Students are not only punished for minor transgressions such as playing cops and robbers on the playground, bringing LEGOs to school, or having a food fight, but the punishments have become far more severe, shifting from detention and visits to the principal’s office into misdemeanor tickets, juvenile court, handcuffs, tasers and even prison terms.

Having police in the schools only adds to the danger.

You’re never in more danger than when the police are around. Why are folks still putting their children in these gulags? Ah, yes, the American religion is convenience, comfort, and ease.

Because It’s What SWAT Does

According to the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office, its investigators and the U.S. Marshals working with them got a tip that Toney Brown was at his parents’ home and went to the residence to look for him. According to deputies, U.S. Marshals requested help from the Madison County SWAT Team and the Limestone County Special Response Team.

“Me and my husband both told them we will go in there with you and take you through it,” Brenda Brown said. “We didn’t care because he wasn’t here. If he had been here he would have turned himself in. He would have never wanted us to go through this.”

Still, Brenda Brown said the authorities on the scene deployed tear gas, broke windows and damaged her home.

Why not just surround the home to make sure he didn’t escape through a window, knock on the door, and walk through the home like civilized people?

Where we stand depends upon who has the guns

This essay is excellent. It lays out the current state of the Fundamental Transformation of America. If you don’t read and understand this information, you might as well turn in your firearms and report to the tribunal.

The writing in places is taught; you will have to slow down to see the totality of the points. The part about guns is elementary for the readers at TCJ, so don’t stop reading with those few paragraphs.

We don’t want war, you don’t want war, and even the Left doesn’t want war; they want you not to fight back. America is in the midst of a genuine full-blown Communist Revolution. The busyness and information overload are features keeping you distracted.

We do disagree about how solid the local police are. The Left wants total police power, of course. They are well on their way to getting it.

Read the whole thing.

ATF Invasion Of Missouri And Response By AG and Sheriffs

BY Herschel Smith
2 years, 5 months ago

The ATF wants to perform an audit in the show-me state.  From reader Wes, the Missouri AG told the ATF to stay away from Missouri.  This is a good letter, but misses one important aspect.  More on that in a moment.

Here’s an update from Sheriff Bryan Whitney.

“As the sheriff of Scotland County, I want all my citizens to know that I will not allow, cooperate or release any CCW information to the FBI, ‘even at the threat of a federal arrest,’” Republican Scotland County Sheriff Bryan Whitney wrote to residents of his community on Monday.

“Point Blank, ‘I will go down with the ship if need be,’” the letter, which was reviewed by Fox News Digital on Tuesday, said.

Whitney said he was prompted to send the letter to his community in northeastern Missouri after he was alerted to the FBI audit set to be carried out in 24 counties in Missouri next month. It’s unclear which counties will be included in the audit.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt also demanded that the FBI “cease their attempts to illegally obtain information from local sheriffs on Missourians who have concealed carry permits,” and sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on the matter last week.

“The FBI has absolutely no business poking around in the private information of those who have obtained a concealed carry permit in Missouri,” Schmitt said, according to a press release. “The Second Amendment rights of Missourians will absolutely not be infringed on my watch. I will use the full power of my Office to stop the FBI, which has become relentlessly politicized and has virtually no credibility, from illegally prying around in the personal information of Missouri gun owners.”

Schmitt outlined to Wray that under Missouri law it is illegal to share the confidential list with the federal government. The law was passed after “it became known that the Obama Administration wanted to know which Missourians had firearms, supposedly to establish who was entitled to federal benefits.”

No, no, no, no, no, and a thousand times no.  NO!

Don’t go “down with the ship.”  Do your job and keep the ship from sinking to begin with.

Send your deputies to arrest agents of the FedGov as soon as they cross the county line and throw them in prison.  Only release them at the county line, sending them packing on their way back to whatever rock they crawled out from under.

Do the right thing, Sheriff.  Protect the citizens of your county.  This is what the AG should have said.  They will be arrested if they try to do this.

I cannot locate any email address for the Sheriff or I would send this to him for encouragement to do the right thing.

Illegal ATF Bullying Of Innocent Gun Owner

BY Herschel Smith

He should have said “I do not allow law enforcement on my property without a warrant.  I’m calling 911 now about your trespassing, and if you return, you must have a warrant.

This is just an idiotic fishing expedition.  That cop who’s with the ATF agents should be ashamed of himself.

Albuquerque SWAT Raid Turns Deadly, Only Innocent People Perished

BY Herschel Smith

Via Radley Balko, news from NM.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An overnight SWAT standoff with a suspect ended with a house fire in southeast Albuquerque. Police have confirmed that a 14-year-old boy was found dead inside the home after the fire was put out.

Police said the suspect, Qiaunt Kelley, was wanted on a federal felony warrant for robbery. Police said they tracked the suspect to the home on the 8100 block of San Joaquin Avenue SE at around 10 p.m. Wednesday, but the suspect and the teenage boy hid in the home.

Several hours later, at around 3 a.m., police saw smoke emerging from the windows. Firefighters were eventually able to put the fire out, but officials said the front half of the house was engulfed in flames.

The suspect reportedly exited the home as Albuquerque Fire Rescue was extinguishing the fire. He was taken into custody and then transported to a local hospital for burn injuries.

The 14-year-old boy, however, was found dead by fire crews and police officers. No official cause of death has been determined at this time.

Albuquerque Police Department Chief Harold Medina said in addition to the felony arrest warrant, the suspect was a person of interest in several violent crimes in Albuquerque.

[ … ]

KOB 4 spoke with a woman whose sister and her family lived there. She said the people involved in the SWAT standoff weren’t related to her family and did not live there, but were acquaintances of her nephew who stopped by to pick up a bike. Now, she’s questioning how police and the SWAT team handled the situation.

The family is also blaming police for starting the fire, claiming flash bang grenades ignited it.

Police confirmed that multiple “munitions” were used at the scene – they’re used in SWAT situations to get suspects to surrender. They are working with AFR to determine if one caused the fire.

Good old fashioned police work – staking out, investigation, interviews, questioning suspects, arrest warrants signed by competent judges – is out the window.

Just call SWAT and throw grenades.  It’s how business is done these days.

Uvalde and The Police “Duty to Protect”

BY Herschel Smith

I think he does a very good job of saying the very things I’ve been saying over these pages.  He does a good job with two of the precedents.  He leaves out a third.  I’ve always linked three important ones.

Castle Rock v. Gonzalez

Warren v. District of Columbia

DeShaney v. Winnebago County

But people still believe the reelection sloganeering of “To Protect and Serve” for some irrational reason I cannot explain.

You are your own first responder. No court is ever going to say otherwise. Arm yourselves for your defense and that of your family.

Apparently, The Border Patrol Are The Only Real Police Left In America

Courtesy of reddit/Firearms, here is what happened to him as he braved the fire.  He’s a legend and hero to the guys at reddit/Firearms.

Now to be certain, we’ve pointed out before that the police are under no legal obligation to protect and serve.  See the following.

Castle Rock v. Gonzalez

Warren v. District of Columbia

DeShaney v. Winnebago County

Still, it’s good to see there are real men left in America.

Another Cop Gun Decides To Act Independent Of Its Owner

BY Herschel Smith

News from Ohio.

PIQUA — Three Piqua police officers were hospitalized and later treated and released after a gun unintentionally fired inside the police station Tuesday afternoon.

The incident involved officers who had returned to the police station after a day of shooting range training. The officers involved were in the process of cleaning their weapons after the range training when a pistol unintentionally discharged, sending a single bullet into a concrete floor, Piqua police Deputy Chief Martin Grove said in a statement to News Center 7.

Funny, that.  If someone other than a cop has a negligent discharge, using the defense in court that the pistol “unintentionally discharged” wouldn’t work.

You know that this phrasing is being fed to the reporters for rote repeating.  And you also know that most reporters are too stupid to know better.
