Statistical Analysis Of Dominion And Hart InterCivic Voting Machine Performance In The Election

You’ve all heard about Dominion voting systems and their corruption.  A name you haven’t heard yet is Hart InterCivic.

The theft and deception runs deep within the deep state.

Statistical Model Indicates Trump Actually Won Majorities in Five Disputed States and 49.68 Pecent of the Vote in a Sixth

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 4 months ago

2020 Election Fraud.

1. Our model explains 96% of county-level variance in Trump’s two-party vote share with four demographic variables (non-college white, college-educated white, black and hispanic) and one historical variable (the average of county-level GOP two-party presidential vote share, 2004-2016). All five variables are highly significant. This reinforces the conclusion that the model is generally a very strong predictor of vote shares, and so deviations from it should be considered surprising.

2. Under conservative assumptions, regression analysis shows Trump ought to have won AZ, GA, NV, PA, WI.

3. Every one of the contested states shows a larger predicted vote share for Trump than what he actually received. This is surprising, because in any set of observations, random chance might expect some predictions to favor Biden, but none do. In Georgia and Arizona, the model does not predict a narrow race, but a decisive Trump victory; the size of the anomaly is (much) larger than the reported margin of victory.

4. The model also performs well in battleground states that have not been contested, and thus where the election was presumably clean. Every one of these is correctly predicted, including both battleground states that voted for Trump (e.g. Ohio, Florida) and those that voted for Biden (e.g. New Hampshire). Indeed, there are no states that Trump won which the model predicts should have been won by Biden. Meanwhile, the errors in the model are constructed to average to zero, so the model cannot favor one candidate over the other. Instead, it reveals the places where actual outcomes differ the most from our predictions.

5. The model is robust to alternative specifications of the regression formula and weighting.

6. The model places the burden of proof on fraud skeptics to explain why nearly all the states where fraud has been alleged, and only those states, have results inconsistent with statistical trends in the rest of the country.

7. Our model highlights the importance of a systematic comparison of all counties in the US when trying to understand whether the contested states are actually unusual. Simply picking isolated comparison cities, or one-off comparisons to past elections, is a very inferior way of doing the comparison. This model takes this base intuition (which is actually good), but greatly improves it by making the comparison systematic. The fact that the contested states are mostly predicted to have been won by Trump using simple but powerful demographic models further adds weight to the existing evidence that these outcomes may have been altered by fraud.

Data and full analysis at the link.  Joe Biden is a fraud.  The constitution is a dead document.  The federal government is completely illegitimate, front to back, side to side, top to bottom.  You do not live in a republic.  The USA should be referred to as the former USA, or FUSA.

McConnell congratulates Joe Biden as president-elect, says Electoral College ‘has spoken’

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 4 months ago

The state of the GOP today.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell congratulated Democrat Joe Biden as president-elect on Tuesday, saying the Electoral College “has spoken.”

The Republican leader’s statement, delivered in a speech on the Senate floor, ends weeks of silence over President Donald Trump’s defeat. It came a day after electors met Monday and affirmed Biden’s election win.

“I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden,” McConnell said.

“Many of us had hoped the presidential election would yield a different result,” he said. “But our system of government has the processes to determine who will be sworn in on Jan. 20. The Electoral College has spoken.”

McConnell called Biden someone “who has devoted himself to public service for many years.” He also congratulated Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, saying “all Americans can take pride that our nation has a female vice president-elect for the very first time.”

Sun Tzu said that “All war is deception.”  McConnell is saying that this isn’t politics any more – this is war.

Okay.  I think I’ve got it.  The GOP is at war with the American people too.

Dominion Voting System

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 4 months ago

Via WRSA, this forensic report on the Dominion Voting System.

We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

Not if the people in charge had any morals or scruples.  But they don’t.  They are corrupt, compromised, unprincipled, immoral and wicked.

I continue to post this under the category “War & Warfare.”  Because they are at war with you, whether you want them to be or not.  I continue to post this with the tag “2020 Election Fraud,” because the entire thing was a sham, a swindle, a deception.

Continuing Election Corruption And Fraud In Michigan

The communists are conducting warfare. Our side is playing tiddlywinks. But we’ll make sure to be honest, fair, and gentlemanly, and afterwards, can we eat with the communists in the congressional lunch room?

Continuing Election Corruption In Georgia

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 4 months ago

The Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is corrupt and likely in the pocket of the CCP.

“I am not sure the secretary of state has the backbone for this,” Fulton County poll manager Suzi Voyles said. “We have turned in thousands of unlawful voters and not one of them has been prosecuted.”

Brown agreed that Raffensperger may be out of his depth, noting that “this is his first political office.”

“He is a little bit afraid, politically, and buckled a little more than he should have to Abrams, who’s trying to stir up racial discord,” he said. “That’s why he printed up all those absentee ballot [request] forms and sent them to people who hadn’t asked for them — which was just a terrible action, because it creates all kinds of problems with double voting and other fraud — and that’s why he agreed to install all those drop boxes, which just opens the door for illegal ballot harvesting.”

Notice that I don’t give him the latitude to simply be incompetent.  I think he’s as corrupt as the Georgia governor.

Lin Wood currently has a complaint before the supreme court.  In it, he says this.

Finally, there is a runoff election scheduled in January 2021 for two U.S. senatorial seats in Georgia, and if the challenged procedures are employed, it will further aggravate the Petitioner’s continuing constitutional injury. The constitutional violation will repeat without having been reviewed. Accordingly, this controversy is not moot.

The point is that the corruption there on election day in November, will be there for the runoff election, and not a single court in the land has stepped in to stop the corruption.  Nor have any state assemblies had the courage and moral scruples to do what’s necessary to save fair and free elections in America.

Via WRSA, Zero Hedge has this statement by Newt Gingrich.

“We need to win by a bigger margin than the left can steal. So we need to get every single conservative out.”

I don’t think he understands how math works.  If you take every vote for Biden and multiply it by 1.20, and every vote for Trump and multiply it by 0.8 (or similar for senators), you simply increase the margin of fraud.

Here is a prediction: the corruption stands, and two more democratic senators get added to the rolls.  The number of GOP votes will have nothing whatsoever to do with the outcome.

I hope I’m wrong.

The Revolutionary War: Animated Battle Map

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 4 months ago

This comes from Kenny’s place, although I can’t locate the post now.  I think it’s good to know history, and military history seems particularly salient in these times.

General Cornwallis didn’t start the campaign in the South.  He began in the North, and when troop movement stalled, the British pivoted to Charleston where they intended to interdict imports coming to port.

They got bogged down in the South due to a number of things, including weather (hot and humid, leading to diseases for which they were unprepared), insurgents, and inability to rely upon loyalists.

The battle of King’s Mountain ended their hopes of turning loyalist troops into a strategy for victory.  We’ve discussed King’s Mountain at length before.

Supreme Court Rejects Texas Election Lawsuit

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 4 months ago

The “Supreme Court” did what I predicted they would do.  I was correct, though I take no joy in that fact.  At Instapundit, Glenn has this post up.  Most interesting to me isn’t the fact that the court rejected the argument, nor what the experts think about that.  It is the comments on the article, which are currently well over 1100.  A sample of them follows.

I’ve been pondering a reaction to this news. Fairly simple. It’s time to get serious.

How so? Whatcha gonna doo?

Insurgency.

It’s time to finally accept the fact that we have a corrupt Federal government that prosecutes not based upon the rule of law, but based upon politics. We cannot rely on what is right or what is legal to save us.

It’s a complete and total game changer.

Depends on how froggy Texas and the States that joined her get. If the noise about secession or Art I, Sec 10 — and war between the States — gets heavy: Expect it.

IF THE SUPREME COURT

will not uphold the Constitution, and the next administration is in office only through the open in-you-face rigging of a national election in a handful of counties in a handful of swing states, what moral responsibility do we have to follow SCT decisions and listen to the next administration?

None, I would argue.

War is the remedy that our enemies have chosen, and I say let us give them all they want.
– William Tecumseh Sherman

SO be it. The Constitution is dead, no Constitution, no Republic. No Republic, no federal government.

Good bye all of my Instapundit/DISQUS comrades, time for war and I bid you adieu.

Civil War is the only solution now. The republic is as corrupt as 1936 Spain.

We’re in a new era. Rules are for chumps.

Welcome to dystopia.

For ideas on resisting tyranny, read Matt Bracken’s Enemies Foreign and Domestic book 1 and read up on history, such as Barbara Tuchman’s The Proud Tower.

The GOP is DEAD to me. At all levels of government.

This country is something I despise now.

This is only a smattering.  It’s all very serious.  The American public has been placed in an awful position.

A few urban areas controlled by democrats pulled their pants down to their ankles, mooned the rest of America, and America is going to have to decide whether to take it, and if not, exactly what to do about it.

Circle the wagons.  This may get froggy.

Texas Sues The States Of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania And Wisconsin In Attempt To Avoid Civil War

BY Herschel Smith
4 years, 4 months ago

Perhaps you’ve seen that the state of Texas is all in on the election corruption fight, and is being joined by other states before the supreme court as a “dispute between the states.”

Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.

This case presents a question of law: Did the Defendant States violate the Electors Clause by taking non-legislative actions to change the election rules that would govern the appointment of presidential electors? These non-legislative changes to the Defendant States’ election laws facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.

Powerline analyzes this as a “hail Mary” pass.

“The Texas motion and supporting brief are well-drafted and make a plausible case–importantly, one that, if accepted, does not require extensive fact-finding into alleged voter fraud. Reduced to its essentials, the motion alleges 1) that under the Constitution’s Electors Clause, state legislatures have plenary authority over appointment of each state’s electors; 2) that in each of the defendant states, non-legislative actors (e.g., the Secretary of State) unconstitutionally changed the rules governing this year’s election without legislative approval or ratification; 3) that these changes favored some voters over others, in violation of the Equal Protection Clause; and 4) in each state, the number of ballots that were counted pursuant to unconstitutional changes in election procedures exceeds the margin of Joe Biden’s alleged victory.”

But readers at Instapundit, and apparently Glenn Reynolds, get what this is really about.

“I wonder if the left, and the court realize this is a hail mary to prevent a civil war, not to keep trump in office. 30% of democrats and 80+% of republicans think the election was stolen. That is a loss of legitimacy of the nation’s governments from the state level through the federal.”

They are children playing with nitroglycerin, so no, they won’t realize that. At least, not in time, I’m afraid.

The controllers think this is going to go down easily.  I think they may be surprised, and I still don’t think they really understand what they’ve done.
